Cosa significa birra IPA?

Ingredients: Cesüre water, malt, hops, yeast, spices.
The Black Ipa is a characteristic beer similar to the American IPA, but darker and without a roasted or burnt taste. The main flavour component is provided by the dark malts and it is an extremely drinkable type of beer.
The aroma of the hopped beer ranges from high to moderate with fruity characteristics and due to dry hopping takes on floral or herbal aromas. The aroma of dark malt, on the other hand, ranges from low to moderate and includes notes of chocolate, coffee and toast. Among the brewing raw materials, hops are definitely the main one and dominate in India Pale Ale, US and British beer and Northern European beer, including Black Ipa.
The history of the Black IPA What does IPA beer mean? Most theses indicate by this acronym, which stands for India Pale Ale, a beer with high attenuation and vigorous hopping, which enabled it to reach the Indies at the time of British colonialism. In this way, the beer was preserved for a long time and among the people associated with its history is George Hodgson owner of the Old Bow Brewery. He was one of the first master brewers who produced this beer and began exporting it in the early 1800s.
The production methods and notoriety of this beer changed over the years and in the 18th century IPA beers gained great fame, to dominate the market in the 1830s when this acronym became commonly used. From the mid-20th century, IPA beer lost importance in favour of Pale Ale and Bitter beers without specific characteristics, and in those years Pils and Lagers were more popular. Even in the United States,
the previously popular IPA or Indian Pale Ale, which had been widespread especially in the North East, was forgotten between 1970 and 1980. Later, thanks to West Coast microbreweries, IPA and APA beers conquered the world.
